Try wearing the glasses a little more, drink 8 glasses of water a day (plain water not including any juices or soda you may have during the day), try stress relieving methods (found all over the internet), and worse case senario call and make an appointment with your doctor.

I get a lot of headaches, too. I know what my potentially triggers are: eyes, heat, hunger & thirst, and sleep (too long usually).

If I wait too long to eat or drink (including when I wake up in the morning), I get a headache. This is my most common issue. So I always make sure to have a glass of water within an hour of me waking up.

Also, if I sleep too long or my hours are off, I can get a headache.

And I don't know about your eye situation other than what you've told us, but the need to constantly focus can strain mine and I get headaches.

Excedrin has caffeine in it and causes rebound headaches that is most likely what causes them to be worse some days than others. Not wearing your glasses is probably part of it and it could be that your prescription has changed this too will cause headaches. It could also be spinal misalignment that can be corrected by a chiropractor. TMJ is alos a possibility that can be taken up with your dentist next time you go in for a cleaning.

Headache is a pain in the head, scalp or neck. Headaches can be
caused by minor problems like eyestrain, lack of coffee or more
serious reasons like head injury, brain tumors, encephalitis and
meningitis. Taking painkillers continuously can have harmful side
effects, so it is better to modify your lifestyle. More information

I've had several friends who told me that they have the same problems.

They all had their eyes checked and got either contacts of glasses. All of them said their headaches go away.

There is probably tention from the moment you wake up in your head...due to your eyes. If you wear your glasses it will help...TRUST ME!

The strain on your eyes to be able to see clearly is what is pressuring your head.

Wear your glasses, drink more water! Also, it could be caffiene withdrawal - there is caffiene in Excedrin, maybe you are addicted and need it in the AM. Other than those things, might be allergies, stress, grinding your teeth at night.

if u take excederin daily, u could be getting reflex headaches, where the medicine is actually making it worse. Try wearing your glasses more often and I would definately go see your DR.

try to stop taking excedrin because has caffiene and maybe that is the problem, also wear your glasses, and don't worry too much about homework or thing that you have to do.
