there is nothing wrong or abnormal , with your reaction .
Three years ago i had a mole -- Rodent Ulcer ( cancerous) removed from my neck.
i had this small mole growing and developing
and after a while when it kept catching on my clothes and bleeding
i went to the Doctor . He said nothing to worry about ,but i will refer you to a skin specialist .anyway
.. about 6months later, i saw the skin man and he said
,nothing to worry about ,but we will have it removed and do a biopsy,
3 months later i got an appointment for the surgery
( which was painless)
2 months later that,i was called by my skin specialist and the first thing he told me was------- I had cancer !------
I was horrified and asked him what i do next ,
Oh nothing, he said ," Cheerfully ----just watch it !!"
I went home and was 'shook up' for a whole month!
Worried myself sick .
Two years later , i have no further symptoms , i am OK !
So i am either very lucky , or it was no big deal after all .
I hope you feel better really soon
hugs

how is the mole now? what was the outcome? Did the doc suggest removing it? if not. why not?
Had one removed from my upper arm a few years ago that was turning black; it was a nasty one all right. Surgical removal meant cure in this case.
You have got a bit of a fright, and now see the mole as "bad". If it's still there, ask if you can have it removed. It will put your mind at rest.
you might have a tendency to develop moles, like me; in which case it would be no harm to have them lopped off as they appear.
good luck anyway

At the time you also went through a severe depression and were psychotic for a while. This allowed your brain to alter reality using the lower brain to interfere with your thoughts. Your mental patch for reality will have to wear off. Strong emotions of love will allow you to reboot the brain and clear some bugs there. If you don't locate the false expectations it could happen again and be worse.

Did you get the results?
You should have the mole removed either way. The sickness will pass.

How long ago did you have the mole removed?
It is a possibility that the doctor hit a nerve, but chances are you are terrified of what possibilites may arise from such a tiny piece of skin.

Sounds psychological, u have had a scare and are reacting to it, u need to examine your feelings about this in order to come to terms with it, also i dont know if u are still waiting for results if you are then its probably anxiety.
How are you feeling overall? it might help to chat to your doctor or someone in order to resolve your issues.
