I should go to the gym, but I'm feeling lazy. Someone get creative and give me a good reason to go :)

Go or that will be you in ten years. FAT and obese. Just go, don't be like me, lazy with a dirty room, still living with my mom, and never been on a date. Just go. If you don't Freddy Krueger will come and cut your throat. So go, if you want to live. Or look at yourself, and your self image. If you don't like it, then you need to go, if you do, then there really is no point.

If you're not married and have a girl friend then going to the gym will help your relationship because other than personality girls like men with Big musles so that when they're in trouble they'll need YOU to come a long and help them. OR you could do it for your self. But if you're feeling lazy just go to the gym and work out for atlest 15 minutes and then after that if you dont enjoy it, just leave. It doesn't matter all that much. I pretty sure that you are great person just the way you are! :)

You have to come up with the reasons.
Have a good look in the mirror and see where you need to loose the most weight or to firm up.
You could try going with some friends.
Take a before and after shot of yourself and set your goals so that they feel achievable once you reach the first target then expand and go for the next.
You must get yourself into the right frame of mind.
If you have to pay for the visits then this should make you go.
You might find that the gym isn't your type of exercise. Check out the alternatives...walking, swimming etc. they may be more enjoyable to you and they are a lot cheaper.

I lost 105 pounds in 6 months. Here is how I did it.
1. Every morning get up and walk for 45 minutes. You can start with less time, but you want to get up to 45 minutes, and it must be fast walk. You want your heart rate to go up. It must be in the morning, it kick starts your metabolism.
2. I cut out Red Meat, and fatty foods. Boneless skinnless chicken breast, baked, or grilled, rice and vegetables (steamed).
3. Eat half. Just eat half of what you normally eat. Put 1/2 on your plate, and put the rest away. Cook less. When you go to fast food, get salads only. Or grilled chicken. No fries, only diet soda. Or water.

It will work, once you get into a routine, you will get hooked on the results, and you will keep the routine. It has been over a year for me.

Get dressed, get in your car, and just go. The more you overthink it, the less likely you are to go. Promise yourself only 10 minutes, and after 10 minutes if you're still feeling lazy you can go home. I guarantee you won't want to by then :)

don't go.
just get up and move.
when you eat, or talk on the phone, pace back and forth. strech when you're in the tub or whenever you can. you don't need to go out of your way to go to the gym when you can start your own thing at home!!! good luck dude!

A good reason- There might be a very hot blond there you might want to take you out to dinner....

A good reason- Think just think....of how proud of yourself you will be.

make a playlist/cd of good energetic tunes that you can exercise to - dance music is good but anything with a strong beat, this'll make it fun as well as rewarding - (it works for me with jogging)
