i am 64 and well endowed,i have a problem getting enough blood in it to get a erection. i tried a erection ring which will work but it hurts.how big of a implant can you get.

I think I remember watching this program on tv about this. Instead of an implant they basiclly pull out some length that kinda hides from where your penis starts. With surgery ofcourse.
