I have had chest pain off and on for the past 2-3 years. During the episodes if I apply pressure it hurts even more. I have had 3 physicals ,ekg's,blood work and have been told everything is fine. Is this something to be worried baout?

Go see your MD. You may need to see a Gastroenterologist as it could be things like a Hiatal Hernia, Esophageal Spasm or even Reflux disease. Don't give up looking for answers. If it is something like reflux disease it needs to be treated to avoid possible future issues like Barrett's Esophagus which is precancerous. Please make an appointment soon. Take care and good luck! If you have seen your doctor and all of your tests are negative, it is probably pleuritic or muscular pain (especially since you say it gets worse with pressure being applied). If you get sweaty with the pain, or the pain moves to jaw, arm or back, short of breath, or dizzy it is time to go to the hospital immediately. Always best to talk to your doctor about this type of thing though.

go see a dr ,if it hurts when you press on it stop doing it
