Plenty of girls do. How you do it depends a bit on the angle of your urethra, but it's generally possible to do it even with jeans on, hauling your labia out through the zip, leaning back, spreading the labia with the fingers of one hand and pulling upwards at the very top of the labia majora and trying to do it with as much pressure as possible.
If you don't shave, watch you don't get any of the hair caught in your zipper. Painful :-(
