i always thought about 100 but i read somewhere 150 for a small one!

You're right first time I think. About 90-100 for the average banana, highest calorie fruit I seem to remember from food tech. That's a sentence I never expected to say

aprox 150 cals for 100g of banana. You HAVE to weigh the banana or you will never know!
