ok, so i have till Feb. 24th untill track starts. and I need to know,
1.) how long should i run each day from now on to be ready for it?
2.) By that time, and all the running, is it possible to have a full six pack?
3.)Is track hard?
I have had wheights 2 quarters for school, and still currently in wheights and im training for track, and im going to be working out alot for my legs, and everything. so can you help me?
