You sound like a young person so definitely quit NOW! The longer you smoke the harder it is to quit. Since you don't want your parents to know and they won't sell products like the nicotine patches and gum to anyone under 18, you'll probably just have to use willpower and be determined to quit. If you've been smoking more than a couple cigs every day for awhile you may have some withdrawal symptoms. These peak in a few days and then get better. Nip this in the bud now. Long-term nicotine addiction is a difficult thing to overcome.

You're probably too young to be a full fledged addict. Just quit now. You will feel intense cravings for the first few days, but resist. Don't even take one puff. A puff alone will send you back to the habit. After a few days, you will still feel cravings, but they will be further apart. The longer you stop, the further apart are the cravings. If you don't stop now, those cravings will take longer and longer to stop. Then one day when you're stressed out, lo and behold, you grab for a cigarette and you have to start the whole process from square one again to stop smoking. Smoking is awful, but big corporations have so much money wrapped up in it, that's why it's legal.

why did you start in the first place

(my friend's girlfriend will watch him 24/7 and makes sure he does't go out buying cigarettes and if she saw him buying a pack of cigarettes then she will get angry
my only solution is those quiting pill or to get someone to watch you 24/7 and to make sure you don't buy anymore)
