i got trhem dialated at the eye doctor at 1

No harm at all. You can put your contact lenses back in almost immediately after the doctor is finished examining your eyes.

yes because your eyes will not totally re focus or readjust to increased light sensitivity for 6-8 hrs
i assume an eye doctor dilated them with drops
if the dilatation is caused by something else se a doctor

depends why they are dilated!
