if you don't have a six pack now,...Feb 24Th is also going to be a disappointing day.

1)it depends on what you usually run. if you're a mile runner, you should run twice that every day. otherwise, just a 10-20 minute run should be good to get you into shape.
2)it wouldn't be possible to get a six pack from the running, but if you do 50 sit-ups every night, by that time probably.
3)track can be hard for inexperienced runners, but it's a great experience and a great time to bond. plus, everyone will get better at running so even an inexperienced runner should have no problem.

By "track" I have to assume two things here:
1. you mean you are running and not doing a jump or throwing event, and
2. you mean you are competing on an actual track and not a road race.
So ...

1. It really depends on the event you plan on competing in? Every event from the 100m to 5000m have different training requirements. However, if you are just starting out in track there are four distinct groups:
- sprints - 100m, 200m, 400m
- hurdles - 110m, 400m
- middle distance - 800m and 1500m
- distance - 3000m and 5000m

2. Not likely ... but a "six pack" has nothing to do with running track. It is a by product of hard work with proper nutrition and training.

3. Sorry, cliche time: If you train hard it is hard ... you get out what you put in!

Also, weights are a good idea but, again, you need to know the event you want to train for. Like running, weight programs are different for a sprinter than a distance runner.

There are many excellent websites dedicated to this stuff (google "sprinter workouts" for example). Better yet, find a local track team with a coach who already has the knowledge. It is a lot easy to train with people than on your own.

Best of luck in whatever event you choose!

I'm currently training for a marathon for Feb 20th, so this will help. Start out. Run 3 days per week, start out with light jogs the first week, about 30mins and build up. next week move up to 3 days per week 45min, the next week move up to 1hr jogs. Get the pattern. level of at 1.5hr jogs in the nest two weeks. Then start mixing it up a bit. At week six do fast runs 4 per workout at 8 min runs then walk 8 min run and so on. the last week tone it down and do only 45 min medium jogs. You will be in shape. As far as the 6pk do lots of decline sit-ups.

Do you mean the following day morning or the morning of Tues 24 Feb? the following day morning is somewhat early to be precise. in spite of the incontrovertible fact that if it says constructive then you definately are definetely pregnant, if unfavourable you will desire to attempt returned in some days as you will desire to nonetheless be pregnant in spite of the incontrovertible fact that it is not showing yet.
