I think i am one, whenever I see a sick person I inmediately think I am getting sick too, I look up diseases when ever i feel weird simptoms, I'm also weary of sick people I feel I will get it too...it doesn't rule my life but I fear it may trigger the real thing later on, is this a serious thing?? I don't think I'm that bad beacuse I don't obsess about it but when I encounter anyhting related to a disease i start feeling or comparing simptoms similar to them....like right now..I feel I have a heart disease
should I see a doctor?

You are autosuggested when you see a sick person.
You must be aware that those symptoms that you are reporting probably are symptoms of neuropathy. Just to be sure Avoid caffeine (One coffee at the morning is enought, if you want to drink one more at the afternoon prefer decafeined coffee). Avoid sugar substitutes (for example diet cola). Avoid too much alcohol. Eat carbohydrate foods or milkshakes. Drink Milk, eat sesame , cottage cheese. Don't eat meat every day. Go for walk everyday.

LOL... no your not a hypochondriac! I do the same thing myself and so does a friend of mine!

Remember that sometimes it could be right you will get sick and if you are worried about some thing ask ur doctor about it... they deal with people far worse than you!

don't feel like an idiot just ask you could be right!

Good luck... keep smiling

my mom does this and i do a tiny bit, my dad spent 30,000 dollars last year on copays for testing for everything under the sun, end result, nothing wrong, everytime she sees somebody on tv thats sick shes got it and has to be tested, think of it like this every time that a kid gets bruised on the knee or wrist they want to go to the hospital because they think its broken, but when a break really happens you definately know, sort of the same concept
