As long as you ovulate, you can get pregnant. That's why doctors recommend that women who are going through menopause use birth control for a full year after their last missed period.

You very likely DO get a period....it's just that you don't recognize it as such. All that is required for you to get pregnant is normal ovulation. Some women have such light flow that it is unrecognizable as 'a period'...but it still happens.
