why in the STD area. Well my mom and my granmother don't have leg hair and don't have to shave. I well shave my legs and arm pits bec I like too feel clean

Depends on their backgrounds. Many women in Europe still feel as do the men that hair is beauty. Hygiene has nothing to do with if someone shaves or not hygiene has to do with cleanliness and just because someone doesn't shave doesn't mean they aren't clean.

It depends on personal preference, but most women shave and most think it is hygenic to do so. I shave and if I don't shave I feel really really un-clean.

If a woman has the ability to grow a Borat 'stache, it should be federally mandated that she shaves. Other than that, I prefer a tidy woman, as long as she's got good hygene, I'm fine with whatever she chooses to do with herself.
