I am 18 years old, and I have been having my period 4 weeks apart since was about 11 years old. Today I started bleeding, which is extreamly abnormal for me. I am on birth control pills that I take every night, but for the past 2 nights I had forgotten to take them. I am sexually active. Starting about a week ago up until about 2 or 3 days ago, I had been vomitting and not feeling myself. Everything I have read online states that this is early signs of pregnancy. Is this true? Also, should get a pregnancy detector from the store? would it work? and what brand is the best to get? Any and all help is much appriciated.Thanks

I would like to take something for depression but Prozac 20mg in the morning caused horrific sleep disturbance at night ...I woke up feeling unrefreshed...and the Nortriptyline 100mg caused me to gain a great deal of weight....any suggestions?

My Mother has lung cancer,Had her left lung removed.She has had one round of chemo,had a bad reaction to it so they changed it to something new.She is supposed to have her second round(with new drug) tomarow. She has a realy good chest cold with cough and all. Because of the holidays no Dr is in to ask if it is o.k to continue. So should she rescedule or will it be o.k?

I am in gymnastics. I have a meet tom. I had a sore hamstring muscle before today and now it is so bad it hurts to move my leg. I really want to compete but should I?? I compete all around(all events) I really want to but someone told me that it will keep it from healing. It is very painful but I wouldn't care as long as I place. Should I??
My coach told me that if I miss the meet I can consider myself "off the team". Should I just push through the pain and go for it??
What do you think I should do?? My b/f says it is up to me what I choose, and he will carry my to the podium if he has to.
Does he care if he says this??
Will he be happy as long as I am even if I can barely walk??
I don't want to lose my chance at state champ. Will me b/f be upset when I can barely walk and blame himself for letting me??(cuz it wasn't his fault)

I would like to try the new Laser Therapy. I live in the Florida Keys. I can't find any info. I know there is a clinic here but I cant find it in the phone book. Where would I begin to look? Any help would be appreciated. I tried to quit before but I was so miserable.

Okay I am 26 years old, a certified medical assistant and I am still freaking myself out, although I calm others about it! So I found a lump in 2003 that they removed and became a fibroabnoma. Then in June of 2006 I found another. All in the same breast. Okay that one became a fibroabnoma too, but they only needle biopsied. So tonight, I found another one. In the left breast this time. I am sick of being so cysty. What can I do? My mother had breast cancer at 45 and she is in remission right now. So I know at some point I will get it, but I am only 26 and I know it isn't unheard of. What can I do to make sure that I don't get more? I am a B cup with not much there and what is there, is all fibroabnomas. How frustrating!

hi i need to know if there are any foods that have absoluteley no sugar or no salt!!!! my uncle(my moms brother in law) has to find foods for his father which contain no salt or no sugar!!!! this is because he had diabetes and also high blood pressure and i really just want to help him.

please if someone can help me i would appreciate it!!!!!!

P.S. ABSOLUTLEY NO SALT OR SUGAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and only foods!!!!

There is a cookie jar with cookies in it at work in our kitchen.

Everytime I go to make myself a coffee, I want a cookie.

However, due to the hygene practices of some employees such as not washing hands after using the bathroom, I wonder whether it would be safe bacteria wise seeing that others would have put their hands on the jar and in there for a cookie.

Is there any risk or am I overacting here?

I have depression and the root of it is my grandma and older brother. My older brother is 24, bipolar, does drugs, has no job, lives with my grandma, steals from our family, and just plain lazy. He is going to get social security and he acts like he needs it so bad, when I think he is just lazy, he admitted it to me. He says he's anti social yet he goes to Cleveland Brown games with tons of people and is okay and hangs out with friends everyday. My grandma gets $800 dollars a month for social security and buys him 2 packs of cigarettes a day and his food and pays for his drug habit. My grandma never has money so my mom has to buy her groceries because my grandma is stupid and a pushover. My mom spends hours a day filling out paperwork for my brother, shopping for grandma, and taking my brother places. I'm depressed and I hate them with a passion. We have to sacrifice stuff sometimes because my grandma needs stuff. What can I do to let my mom see they are the problem?
