hi i need to know if there are any foods that have absoluteley no sugar or no salt!!!! my uncle(my moms brother in law) has to find foods for his father which contain no salt or no sugar!!!! this is because he had diabetes and also high blood pressure and i really just want to help him.

please if someone can help me i would appreciate it!!!!!!

P.S. ABSOLUTLEY NO SALT OR SUGAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and only foods!!!!

i know about everyone needs sugar so i get that but just need food without it!!

cook fresh veggies with not salt and sugar.

eat fresh fruit

cook fresh meat herb seasoning.

no pre made or packaged foods or fast food. everything must be fresh

They have recipes and articles that may help you. Stick to fresh foods like vegetables and fruit. There are seasonings like
salt free salt and seasonings that will add flavor but no salt.

well you said absolutley no sugar but even fruits contain sugar and u need sugar as your daily supplement and salt to bread is one and steamed veggies!!!

I believe oatmeal, cooked is pretty much free of
the s/s.
