...do any of you have any ideas on how I could fall asleep a little easier?

I take a bubble bath and turn off the lights. I light candles and really relax (hours before bedtime) I pour in some aromatherapy bath soak. (stress relief: Heal Thyself works well). While getting ready for bed, I listen to @ relaxation CD by Joel Levey. Before, I had purchased his CD I used my favorite instrumentals. I have an eye mask with magnets that blocks out light.

I think you need some Ambien CR its a sleeping pill.
You could also get Melatonin drops and use as recommended it put the melatonin back into your body and get you back to your old self sleeping all night everynight.

i have dat same problem...its 2:12 am and im wide awake.. i use to take nytol and dat really helped
