Ignore these other answers and get yourself to your doctor. If your sugar is out of control, you may be headed for diabetic neuropathy which has long term effects and even a loss of toes or foot.
Peripheral Neuropathy
Peripheral neuropathy affects the nerves in your arms, hands, legs, and feet.
This type of neuropathy damages nerves in the arms and legs. The feet and legs are likely to be affected before the hands and arms. Many people with diabetes have signs of neuropathy upon examination but have no symptoms at all. Symptoms of peripheral neuropathy may include
numbness or insensitivity to pain or temperature
a tingling, burning, or prickling sensation
sharp pains or cramps
extreme sensitivity to touch, even a light touch
loss of balance and coordination
These symptoms are often worse at night.
Peripheral neuropathy may also cause muscle weakness and loss of reflexes, especially at the ankle, leading to changes in gait (walking). Foot deformities, such as hammertoes and the collapse of the midfoot, may occur. Blisters and sores may appear on numb areas of the foot because pressure or injury goes unnoticed. If foot injuries are not treated promptly, the infection may spread to the bone, and the foot may then have to be amputated. Some experts estimate that half of all such amputations are preventable if minor problems are caught and treated in time.

So..
I'm a medical researcher. Neuropathy is not a single disease instead, it is a complication found in a number of different underlying medical conditions. Seek medical care right away if you notice any unusual tingling, weakness or pain in your hands or feet. Early diagnosis and treatment offers the best chance for controlling your symptoms and preventing further damage to your peripheral nerves. If your symptoms interfere with your sleep or you feel depressed, your doctor or pain specialist may be able to suggest treatments that can help.
A good natural program I recommend to help you cure your neuropathy can be found here http://www.goobypls.com/r/rd.asp?gid=569

could be athletes foot. It is caused when the feet get wet and have to sit in it for awhile. I would go to the doctor because with diabetes, you don't want to mess with the feet or eyes, you could go blind or lose the feet if your diabetes get out of control. i know it is a hard disease to live with, but you seem to control it well. Especially when you ask questions. Good luck

Forget anything you have ever been told about Diabetes.
And get this - it has nothing to do with insulin, exercise, diet or anything else you've heard in the past. It's all based on latest breakthrough research that Big Pharma is going Stir Crazy to hide from you.

For the past 3 years I have suffered daily with neuropathy. Well it’s been just 1 week and I just cannot put into words how brilliant my results have been. I have absolutely no more hyper sensitivity and no more agonizing burning pains. I can’t explain it, but this thing works. I thank you from the bottom of my heart for sharing your secret with me.

I really think the best color for tan skin is a really bright coral. But of the colors you listed, I would go with the hot pink or maybe the nude pink. Just my opinion.....hope it helps.
