None. You should never take any unnecessary medication while nursing. I know you may want to lose some weight but right now the health of your child is more important than you being worried about being fat. Now if you are morbidly obese then you can talk to your doctor about a safe weight reducing diet. But again talk to your doctor first, it's not even good to alter your diet much when nursing.

I'm not a health practitioner or nutritionist however i'm 4-time father who watched all nursed for a year. Customary experience (and more commonly every pediatrician) would evidently reply NO to this question. No longer most effective are you regularly passing the whole lot through to your youngster, you might be additionally feeding two people. Trying to lose weight while providing the nourishment for one more is foolish. Breast-feeding progressively and naturally allows weight loss for the mummy. Let nature work. Besides, being at the one 12 months mark for many method being nearly the top for nursing, so why now not wait? Don't make a decision you and your youngster would remorse. By the way, correct diet and undertaking -now not weight-reduction plan tablets- is the excellent way to long run weight loss and control. But that's a whole another dialogue.......

Do not take any diet pill without first asking your doctor. IF there is a safe diet pill while nursing your doctor will be the ONLY one you should trust.

Nursing is the best diet pill. You burn ALOT of calories while nursing. Eat right and drink a lot of water.
You know, what you take in comes out in breast milk. Don't even think about taking anything until you talk to your baby's doc!!!!

Chromium Picolinate is a nutritional supplement, advertised as being effective in controlling appetite and increasing metabolic rate while increasing protein synthesis and retention of muscle. I would not recommend using any diet pills, herbal or otherwise to speed your weight loss while nursing. As far as I know, no studies have been done to determine the safety of these supplements while breastfeeding.

Though it is often tempting to try and lose weight rapidly following the birth of your baby, it is always best for both mom and baby to lose weight more gradually. Rapid weight loss in the mother speeds the release of the contaminants stored in body fat and unnecessarily exposes the baby to these toxins.

A good way to lose weight gradually is to eat a wide variety of whole foods. Reduce your consumption of fats and sugars - this alone should reduce your daily caloric intake. Include moderate exercise, such as brisk walking, 5 times a week.

If you are nursing you don't need a diet pill. Your body burns a lot of calories just by nursing alone. Keep on nursing and you'll loose weight the natural way.

you cant diet while nursing....try eating more fruit and whole grains, drink lots of water. You can lose weight in a healthy way and still provide nutrition for your child. Worry about dieting after you stop nursing. Right now your body is one with your child.
