My gf is drunk. She could not walk to the car, she threw up four times and passed out becoming lifeless twice. after she threw up four times, she was speaking in complete sentences trying to tell me shes dealt with this before. Shes breathing fine and sleeping now, should i be worried about her? I'm just not going to sleep i know that much, but is there more i should do? should i wake her or let her sleep?

A friend of mine goes to a VA clinic. They tell him they haven't found a diagnosis for him. He calls it a "brain freeze".

Symptoms: Total lack of concentration with no way to respond to questions or statements. He can not finish something he states. He can move around, smoke, but has a zombie look to his demeaner. If he is at a check out counter with me, I would ask him to take out his wallet and go through the steps of purchasing. He wouldn't be able to take out the wallet.

These attacks or spells come about every 4 -7 days. Anyone know of someone with similar behavior and a diagnosis? Anything to help him.

My son is 15 and has always had some difficulties. He is not diagnosed with anything but has been called borderline for ADHD, and ODD...but nothing ever consistant enough to get him a diagnosis...I guess you could say hes a 'difficult child' that I have just learned to manage. Hes very implusive and seems to have tendancies towards addictions.

But now Im really worried-hes 'in love' and is so obsessive about it-him and the girl MUST be together ALL the time. They call it emo love-it seems so dark..Im worried for them both. They seem like they would die if they were separated.

Now his behaviour has been even weirder. Hes so emotional, even crying when hes reprimanded for not following a rule (this is a kid who did nothing but laugh at you or shrug you off all his life) He wont say whats wrong but his girlfriend told me its because he feels guilty for all the bad things hes ever done (new!)

I just found a note in his room that says 'I love you but I hate myself'

i had one in october, and have now go another. im on antibiotics steroids, and dont smoke. Im back at the docs on wed. I was given an inhaler after the first chest infection as i was wheezy 4 a while, but stopped needing it! Before i went to the docs this time, a was waking short of breath, and needed my inhaler regularly. My boyfriend doesnt think its serious, but i cant stop worrying. Anyone know what this could be. I got a peak flow meter with my inhaler, and its never been above 400, 250 in mornings. im 5"1

Also,I was wondering if anyone knew the age for girls when they stop growing.When I was younger,I grew really tall and was taller than most people,but stopped growing after elementary school.I haven't grown ever since and does that mean I may never grow again?It seems weird,but I'm concern for my height and wish to be tall like my older siblings.If anyone knows ways for me to grow in natural ways like no pills or drugs,it would be most helpful.Thankyou.

I am going to be having all 4 removed on January 5th...was just wondering if I should expect severe pain afterwards..I am being put to sleep during so I'm not particularly concerned about that...but how long should I expect to be kept in the hospital afterwards? what could I do to help the pain while at home besides being heavily medicated :)

I am trying to achieve a six-pack (lean body). Is my diet plan good?

Morning 7am - Juice (Variety of Fruits and Vegetables).

Snack - A random fruit.

Lunch - 2 servings of Roti (Indian bread made from whole flour with around ~120 calories). It is served with cooked kidney beans.

Snack - A random vegetable.

Dinner - 1 serving of Roti with cooked kidney beans.

My exercise plan - 20 minutes on the treadmill. (1.0 incline at 6.5 speed). Lift weights for about ~20 minutes. 20 Minutes of cardio exercise.
-This will be done 7 times a week.

Current height - 6 " 3
Current weight - ~180
Current age - 18

Is this a good overall diet plan? I don't want to hurt my body in any form.

A friend of mine has ovarian cancer and, is in remission. She's had some chemo-therapy but has stopped, she's also refused to take the meds to keep it at bay. And because the chemo, she's now anemic. Can anybody tell me what her life expectancy is? she doesn't want me to be too concerned about it either----how should I cope with her indifferent attitude about her condition, especially since I love & care about her so much?
