she is most likely trying to get you to make the first move. If she acts like she doesn't want you too make the move, tease her a little, and see how she reacts.
Also, your girl could also be wanting more mental compassion, try talking to her about things like "whats on her mind" and "is anything bothering her lately" also try taking her out more, and spending more time with her.
Your girl could be wanting more attention, that she feels she is not getting.

Humans do things cause they attract attention........most likely she does it cause she notices how you react and how it gets your attention. It also cause you focus more on her than other women.
She knows guys are always checking out the ladies.....it keeps your mind focused on her..............
