I love to use Tylenol PM. I weigh 104lbs and I take one at 8:00pm. It takes about 30-45 minutes to kick in, but when it kicks in you are out. Make sure you get at least 8 hours or more of sleep because if you get less than that, you wake up feeling extremely tired, and you have a headache.

I have found that Benadryl for allergies puts me to sleep best. I had gotten burned at my work badly & had to go to the burn unit at the hospital. Benadryl is what they gave me to help me sleep.

try gravol/dramamine (brand name) / dimenhydrinate (chemical name).
it's probably the safest way to go, in terms of otc drugs.
