I've tried blowing and all that, and it isnt cool! I've asked my friends, family, google, yahoo, anything, and im finding no results of what im looking for. I keep on finding how to sneeze, but they're saying something like "How to sneeze--When you feel a sneeze coming, arch your back and..." and thats not what I want. Please help me!

My friend is bulimic and I know she isnt bulimic for her body image. She has problems that really eat away at her. Does anybody have any suggestions on how I can help her? I can't change her and I know that. But I want her to come clean to me and somehow help her.

I've been using the Cybex Arc Trainer which seems to burn more calories than the treadmill according to the calorie meter on the machine. It includes weight when calculating burned calories.

I just want to know if this is the most effective choice.

When I go from a bright place to a dark place, I get extremely drowsy, like I'm going to pass out. Sometimes, this is accompanied by dizziness and a feeling of fainting. My doctor checked various viruses, my thyroid, and blood sugar, so all of that is ok. But, the idea came to me when I saw somebody taking pictures. The flash made me think this might be epilepsy. Is it?

Was just curious on this matter as I take care of all my girl's medical appointments and have discussed this with her because one day it is going to have to happen. Explained to her what all happens to her and that she needs to have someone with her that she is comfortable with to help her get through it better, and she said she would want me to be there with her instead of mom so. im diabetic so i need to count calories. im no good at at! im only thirteen and i just dont feel ready for it yet. how do i get used to it? my blood sugar can easily drop or go to high. how do i count calories at a friends house?

i havnt done it for like a week, but its not easy, its actually very hard. i believe in God, and I know he loves me, but will he take me now? ifhe dosnt and i go to hell, ill understand, but God did say he was a forgiving god too. my friend told me that certain dri was really bad for u. she said that the main ingredient in it, aluminum, was bad for u and might cause breast cancer. but she wasnt totally positive. i love certain dri and it works for me soooooo well. i need all of your help. has any one else heard of this or any bad things about certain dri. if u no any prooven bad things about it then PLEASE TELL ME

Don't worry, I'm going to ask my doctor this as well but I'd rather hear it from people who have experienced it. Lexapro leaves me literally NO sex drive~ hubby says it's evil :) I also think it's made me gain weight. Or maybe I've gained weight b/c I'm old and lazy :) Have any of you experienced any side effects with Wellbutrin? If so, were any of them sexual? Also, is there a generic form of Wellbutrin? My Lexapro costs $40 a month with my prescprition card b/c there isn't a generic form. Thanks!

I had sex 9 months ago when i was ovulating and didnt use a condom, since them i havn't had any periods and have been getting really fat! also iv been craving chocolate and been getting this kicking sensation in my stomach + i always need a wee! I am 14 yrs old and was raped by my step brother for 3 years when i was younger. I recently came out and told me dad n step mom about it. Which has led me to have serious depression. i already have cut myself 14 times and my dad thinks i cut myself 2 times. he said if he found out i did it again then he would take me to a psyciatrict hospital where i would spend a few days. I am quite scared of hospitals and stuff! and really dont wanna leave home! What should i do?
