our own dentist doesnt answer calls out of hours even when bound by contract.
NHS direct gives out numbers reluctantly that dont answer either.
Does this help only exist on paper?
Why doesnt any NHS lierature or websites mention urgent dental care?

I have been with my fiancee for a while. Recently, I have taken an interest in the panties that she wears (usually the really pretty, silky ones from victorias secret). I'm so curious to try them on as part of our bedroom activities. I'm totally straight and have no desire to be a woman or anything like that (nor do I want to go around wearing them all day long). Its just that the idea of trying on something of hers thats so intimate and forbidden really excites me. How do I approach her about it? If shes not sure about it or opposed to it, how do I get her to accept it? Please help because its something I really really want to do and share with her (hopefully without freaking her out). Thanks.

Yesterday, I had a wisdom tooth pulled and I went home with no blood. I went to drug store to get my drugs and I started bleeding heavily. Called the oral surgeion, assistant said to take a tea bag and wrap it in gauze, wet it and stick it on my socket for 45 minutes, and lay down and lay still. I did this.
When I took out the gauze, it was better. Then I called someone, it started bleeding again. I called my oral surgeon again, and assistant said I should come in.
I had blood clots forming around the socket and in between and on my teeth. What they said happened is the clot that is suppose to form inside the socket seeped out and into my mouth and on my teeth and stuff.
I went back in, the put something in the socket, on top, rather, called Surgicel. Can someone tell me what this looks like and how it works? Is it gel? Is it a pill? Is it liquid that turns to a sealant?
Also, being I had this traumatic episode, I am afraid to go the grocery store today or do anything sitting up

For 5 years, I've been experiencing flashbacks of a awful incident at school year 8, July 2001. I was in the girl's changing room for PE. The girls weren't getting dressed, they were being stupid .For some reason I didn't get changed, just kinda got involved in what was going on. Ten minutes later, a female teacher came in and was extremely angry. She was screaming at the girls, hey why aren't u all dressed?!!!

She asked each girl are they dressed, they said yes. When she came to me and said, Are you dressed? I said: "I was going to". Then she suddenly screamed: WELL HURRY UUPPPPP!!! EVERYBODY ELSE IS DRESSED!!!! WHAT HAVE U BEEN DOING ALL THIS TIME YOU YOU YOU... FAT ASS!!!!" (ok I was overweight in year 8, but not overweight anymore).

It was not just what she said that killed me, but the intensity and loudness of her voice and it cut like a knife. I'm very scared of that teacher. I'm not even at school anymore. I'm in 2nd year of uni, yet I can't stop thinking about it.

Someone let a firework off right by her and REALLY scared her, i mean really freajked out

I'm 5ft10, small frame, 140 pounds. Have been trying to gain wight for the last 4 months. i gained about 18 pounds over the first 3 months but thave been stuck on 140 for a while. i was diagnosed type 2 diabetes this july.
I have been seen by 2 doctors at our surgery, and have been put on 4 metformin tabs a day 500mg. i have also been given other tabs which made me ill.
I have told my doctor that my bm ranges from 2.3 to 17.5, and the only thing they say is i must lose weight, i understand this but i am feeling so ill in the meentime. has anybody got an answer to my problem, as i am at the end of my tether.

nearly 12 months ago i had a heart attack,i've done all the things the doctors have told me to do.I recently got a verbal warning to absents,witch in a way i agree with [sort off] the job has been OK.NOW thy are persecuting me because i smoke,thouse that know me say i,ve done well in cuting it down.Soon to be a nonsmoker,that is beteewn me and the doctor[personal] i am not the only smoker.

I have been taking this for 8 days. I take .25 (half a tablet at night). But I am so tired during the day and do not want to get addicted and my short term crisis is over. Last night, I took half of the .25 tablet (.125) and I could not sleep. I am afraid to quit cold turkey from what I have read but have not been taking it that long either and don't want to keep taking it. how do I do this? Do I really need to taper after only 8 days? Can I take trazadone to help me sleep tonight?
