He doesn't need to lose weight and is fairly trim, so doesn't need diet advice. He doesn't smoke or drink too much, so nothing there to get rid of. So what new years resolution do you think he should make?

Not smoke or drink too much? How much is too much? Why not quitting smoking all together? I don't smoke "too much" (15-20 cigarettes a week) and I'm gonna try to quit this year for the first time in 10 years.
