I can't possibly fit in any more food than I am currently eating. Is there any other ways or what types of food should i be eating.

1. Increase your calorie intake to 2500 - 3000 calories

2. Eat 6 meals a day or six 450-550 calorie meals

3. eat the 6 meals every 2-3 hours

4. Lift heavy weights doing compound exercises like bench-squat-military press and deadlift

that's the basics but you need to go here and get this book:

this guy was just like you (scrawny) but he tells what he did in his book to bulk up

I don't think you should listen to anyone who says to eat fast food. Keep in mind that muscle weighs more than fat, so try to work out. Keep eating healthy foods:

Bread, cereal, rice, and pasta: granola, bagels, biscuits, cornbread

Fruits: canned fruit in syrup, dried fruits, fruit nectars

Vegetables: avocado, olives, potatoes, peas, corn, squash

Meat, poultry, fish, dry beans, eggs, and nuts: beef, pork, lamb, poultry, salmon, swordfish, omelets, nuts, peanut butter, kidney beans, chickpeas

Milk, yogurt, and cheese: milk, fruited yogurts, hard cheeses, ice cream, puddings, custards, milkshakes

Snack, but don't make yourself sick.

Good Luck
