You say you're 'only' 5' 4". ......What's wrong with being 5' 4"? ..It seems to me that people think just because you're short it's negative!!!

what the heck is a 'neone use' lift. It sounds like an elevator with neon lights.

I am 5' 3". You can hang from a bar screwed above your door, and strap your feet in, and basically "hang" lol if you do it everydau you should maybe stretch yourself out about a cm a day maybe!!
