I decided that first I am going to warm up on the stationary bike for 7 minutes. Then do strength training on either lower or upper body. After that I will do my cardio workout. Should I do the abs last?

I would suggest doing the abs after you strength train...cardio should be the last thing you do. It gets the blood pumping and pushes out all that lactic acid from your muscles which will reduce, if not get rid of, the potential for muscle aches or cramps the next day.

Do it during the strength training - it's strength training just like the upper and lower body, only the abs are resilient enough to be able to work them out every time you work out, whereas the upper and lower body need to be alternated between eachother.

Mix it up! If you always do it (or any exercise at the end), you will tend to skimp on it. Add it early sometimes, middle others, end sometimes. This will help keep your body from getting used to the workout.

Do it in the bedroom baby. Try doing some sit-ups on your man.
