Depends on the kind of chicken you're eating and the quantity... like if you were to eat a chicken breast or two with nothing on it, or a low calorie dressing, or olive oil and veggies, you can lose weight. However, if your diet consists of fried chicken, or chicken loaded with cheese and bacon, you probably won't lose weight, or at least as much as you had hoped. Also, stay away from the fast food chicken sandwiches!

Yes, chicken is healthy compared to other foods, but what a lot of people seem to forget is the plain and simple fact that if you intake more calories than your system can utilize, you will gain weight. i.e., there still has to be a limit on how much food you eat, regardless of what food it is.

Chicken and water and yes u will loose weigth hey maybe i should start on this new idea. I need to loose like 50 pounds lol im fat.
