Umm, 410 lbs is usually considered obese especially if your 5’3’’. If you gain anymore weight you run the risk of becoming morbidly obese. I’m 5’0’’ and weigh 150 and need to lose about 20 pounds. Most people won’t say anything to someone your size because they don’t want to ruin your self-esteem. Even if people do make negative remarks about your weight, pay them no attention. But remember your health is important for a long healthy life. And don’t get discouraged by the challenge to shed some pounds, it’s not impossible. The heaviest woman in the world died the other day at age 63. At one time she weighed in over 1,000 pounds, and lost over 700. So if she can do it, you can do it. I wish the best of luck!

do you mean 140 pounds? I hope you just made a mistake in typing. 410 lbs. is NOT healthy. You'll live only about 3 more days (just an estimate)

Okaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay......uuuum, I bet you're a really nice person and I really don't mean to offend you, but you really must be joking!! That makes your BMI - Ooops sorry, it's not on the chart, chart only goes to 35 BMI and that's at 197 pounds!! Sounds like you are a heart attack waiting to happen, I mean gee whiz why doesn't anyone tell you??? I so don't want to make you unhappy, but you really do need to get moving, physically. Just go for a little walk at first. Even 10 metres will do. Try drinking loads of water. Most of all try doing stuff to make you happy, buy a puppy and take him/her for playtime in the park, please go see your Doctor............................GOOD LUCK :)

if you don't mind me asking but u r crazy if ur at 5'3 and u weigh 410 that's not good. I'm sorry but i am 5'2 and i weigh about 230lbs, and i need to loose weight. i could see if u were about 6'3 but i think that you should try to loose some weight. just beening honest.

No this is not a healthy weight, the most you should weigh is about 165 lbs(if you are a girl) or 185 lbs(if you are a boy).

I don't i'm 5'3" as well and i'm 18 years old an 120 pounds and personally I believe i'm overweight I am trying to get down to 110.
I mean if your ok with your image I guess thats fine but just check to make sure your a healthy weight at the docter it's so easy to get sick from being overwight. It can shorten your life.

If your happy with yourself and accpet yourself than it's ok but not very healthly. For you height you should be around 140 to 170 depending on bone size.

No. It's not "Fat" but it is a little overweight. Just eat a little healthier and exercise and you will be fine. But don't don't stress about if you are fat because you are not. I would just suggest doing those things.

if your 6 foot and weigh 410
pounds your still fat
so i guess your over fat which means your fatter then the average person
you fat
but who cares about my opinion
