if you already brush your teeth regularly and properly, let's find out another reason why your teeth are yellowish. maybe you drink coffee or tea a lot, reduce it. and actually, natural teeth are yellowish, too white is fake. But if it's really bothering you, you can go to a dentist to bleach your teeth.

BRUSH BRUSH BRUSH 2 or maybe even 3 times a day. Floss reguarly and use mouthwash and in addition use white strips. Doing all this will remove plaque and every possible thing making your teeth yellow including stains. Also you should visit the dentist reguarly and ask him at your next visit, they'll know better than anybody on this website (unless there's a dentist here)

I went to TARGET store and bought some generic 10 day whitening strips. They are about sixteen dollars. But then they can run double for the premium ones. I bought the generic ones which are cheaper. I do not have to have my teeth white in 3 days. I can wait 7 days. Also, I was SMOKING and DRINKING COFFEE, but I was using the gel whitener and brushing my teeth of course Then when I stopped the whitening process, it took a year till I noticed one day, my teeth had a slight yellowish to them.

I just use PLAX mouthwash before I brush my teeth and then I use the Colgate Whitening Toothpaste. I used to have sort of yellowish teeth but in about a few days they were white. Spend about 2 minutes brushing your teeth :D

1) Strawberries can help
2) Don't use whitening strips or toothpaste. They will get rid of stains, but not your yellow teeth.
3) Talk to your doctor and insurence about teeth whitening procedures. I had mine done and it's fast, easy, and you actually look and feel better too!

Like everyone is saying -- use Crest Whitening Strips. They really work well. They make my teeth sensitive for a while, though, but it's worth it.

If you try the whitening gels, be careful because they can make your teeth so sensitive for hours and hours. I gave up on having whiter teeth because it hurts so much.
