If a woman becomes allergic to chocolate after having her first and only baby, is there a cure or a treatment to rid her of that allergy?

I'm allergic as well, but it's not one of my extreme allergies.

I doubt there's a cure..best treatment is not to come in contact or consume what you're allergic too.

Allergies can worsen overnight, trust me on this one.

Try going to an allergy specialist, that's where they usually do the "Challenge" to see how much you have to consume before having a reaction. They did this with peanut butter for me, it was scary.

Anyway leave it up to the professionals when attempting to cure yourself from something you're allergic to.

Always keep an allergy pill with you.

Best of luck in the future, and new year.

There is no cure for a food allergy. The only treatment is to strictly AVOID the food you are allergic too. The person should also see an allergist.

I have known a couple of women who managed to become not allergic to chocolate again. How is a mystery to me, but it could be that avoiding excess food additives has something to do with it.

Don't count on this though: Allergies tend to be life-long things.

is she allergic to the chocolate or do other things bother her?
my sister was very young when we thought she was allergic to chocolate, but it was a caffine allergy so she needed to avoid chocolate, caffinated pop, tea, coffee, and many other things, even frozen pizzas needed to be avoided because of the preservatives triggered some violent vomitting!

but she got lucky and grew out of the allergy

it depends on what ingredient of chocolate you are allergic too....cocoa or milk (the two primary ingredients of milk chocolate). there is milk free chocolate, or try white chocolate which isnt really chocolate lol!
