My gf is drunk. She could not walk to the car, she threw up four times and passed out becoming lifeless twice. after she threw up four times, she was speaking in complete sentences trying to tell me shes dealt with this before. Shes breathing fine and sleeping now, should i be worried about her? I'm just not going to sleep i know that much, but is there more i should do? should i wake her or let her sleep?

Stay up and check her breathing every fifteen minutes until she is able to get up, go the bathroom by herself and get back in bed by herself. Then, get some sleep yourself. When she gets up to go to the bathroom, seriously try to have a drink ready for her to sip at least half of made of ice/water/juice. If her breathing worries you while she's sleeping, try to rouse her. If she cannot be aroused, call 911.

If shes breathing fine see if you can wake her and get her to drink some water/sip/ a pint would be ideal as dehydration is what causes the hangover. If you are in doubt you can take her to hosp and have her stomach pumped though if shes been sick there probably wont be much left in there. How much has she drunk and what?

Let her sleep it off! Haha! If she wakes up, try to get her to drink loads of water... she'll appreciate it in the morning :) It's also good for her in the long-term that she threw up. Maybe keep an eye on her, or sleep next to her, just in case, but I'd venture that she'll be completely fine.

Hi,
my only concern is her breathing... a lot of alcohol suppresses normal body functions, including the respiratory system. If she is not breathing normally...call 911.
Don't let her drink that much again...she may have a drinking problem that needs to be addressed.
I hope she will be okay.
Take care!

Did she ever hit her head on anything? If so, you should be worried about a possible concussion, in which case you should wake her and take her to the ER. If not, she should be fine.

usually, at least in my experience, you feel much much worse before you throw up. then once you actually do throw up you have released some of the poison from your body and you start doing a little better. she should be just fine, but you might want to watch her and wake her up periodically just in case.
