Hi, I'm a 15 year old girl, 5 feet 2 inches, who used to weigh 101 pounds 6 months ago. Now, I weigh 82 pounds. I realized I was putting myself in "starvation mode," because I lost my period, and now, I want to be healthy again.
Should I eat certain foods to gain back the weight without putting on all the fat?
What I did was really idiotic. Now, I was wondering what I could do to gain weight, but NOT FAT. I want to do this a healthy way. Should I start eating 1200 calories a day now, and do cardio, or weight lifting? Although I enjoy not having my period, I know I need it back because I want children when I grow up, so please, can someone tell me what I can do to get out of "starvation mode."
