Is it because of consumption of Fish, Vinegar or just an Alergy.

Probably an allergy.
When I was very young I had a reaction to latex (paint in balloons) that caused my lips to swell to about 3 times their normal size. This allergy went away as I got older.
My dad (age 66) recently developed an allergy to aspirin that had the same affect.
An over the counter antihistamine (like claritin) can help reduce the swelling. (and obviously you'd want to try to identify the source of the allergy).

Apply Lip-Guard Everytime on ur Lips & Don't let them get Dry.. Thats the best Remedy..
