I recently bought some tapes and can't be hypnotized. Is becoming hypnotized a myth?

I have a friend that did this....no...the hypnosis doesn't make you lose wait but you are more contious of what you are doing which in turn makes you lose weight...If you can muster up the will power....try to save your money

No, it is not. The tapes are really not the best way to approach this. You might try finding someone who teaches "self-hypnosis", which I've found works the best. Or, find a licensed hypnotist and work one-on-one.

NO !!!

Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn PhD. has an excellent book

out called, "Coming to Our Senses", which is not

judgmental, but very encouraging advice/info.

which will help you in both these areas.

Online - Amazon.com it is only 7.99.

I lost over 90 lbs. and am totally stress free,

and happy, at Peace.

Hypnosis is just another name for very deep relaxation in my opinion. It will help stress and lots of people find it helps them with their diet control (Ididnt! lol);
