the reason i dont want sex is that sometimes leads to pregnagncy even if protected, some times we get slightly undressed and cuddle and thats it

Stop trying to be with him. Move on, find another man who deserves you and then your old bf will find you attractive because he doesn't have you and then you tell him it's too late, he had his chance. He sounds like a loser, move on. He's probably with someone else anyway, because he's not having it with you, but he is with someone.

Sounds like he is giving you a line, to get you to move more in the relationship. He can't get erections, so an obvious answer would be to rub him down there, or give oral. But if you don't want to have intercourse, and supposedly he doesn't, then why is the subject of his erection even coming up (no pun intended)? If you are making out, reach down and feel and see if he is in fact getting aroused. Most likely he is, but is really wanting to go farther than you are willing to go in the relationship.
On the other hand, if you are in fact getting physical to the point that you are touching his penis, and it is not getting erect, then he may be so uptight about having sex that he can't get an erection out of sheer fear. Not uncommon for guys to get soft down there due to the trauma many feel about sex the first time. Many of us were taught that sex is wrong, dirty, nasty and immoral, and that we must save ourselves for marriage, sex is sinful. That causes a lot of guilt trips on guys and girls, did on me when I was a teen, but finally said screw this, I want to have sex.

A person can get turned on to your personality, and will, if he loves you. He and you can abstain and he can still be that way- it is fine to wait for each other, and you can still feel something. You can and will get another boyfirend, who does like you and love you, and is still willing to wait, and is not turned on by other people. I don't know this, but he may be acting turned on by everything else to make you jealous, with the primary goal of manipulating you to get you to have sex with him without having to ask explicitly. If so, you can definitely do better. Either way--
Dump him. If you feel bad about this, still stay friends.

You dont tuen him on for whatever reason,maybe its bc you wont have sex. Whatever the reason,thats an important part of a relationship. Time for you to move on. You can have a boyfriend thatll be turned on by you bc everyone turns someobody on.

If you have agreed to no sex, then why would you want to "turn him on"? You sound like you are a little control freak that just wants to know that you can tease him any time you want, and he is'nt allowing that and you are mad about it. Grow up, hopefully he will stand his ground and find someone that actually cares about him and does'nt want to treat him like a finger puppet.

Hey when I was younger, my then best friend had a boyfriend that loved her they had great fun together. They looked very happy together, they would make out hold hands and hug. But, he wouldn't have sex with her....Finally a while later they had sex only one time she became pregnant. He would not have sex with her again when she was two months pregnant he finally told her that he loved her but he was gay..................

then dump him before he dumps you...he will dump you...so dump him and find someone else who is turned on by you...you sound like a great girl and he doesn't deserve you...so find someone that does deserve you...you will be amazed at how many guys you say you love and they say love you...it doesn't matter what other people say..don't sacrifice yourself or your virginity for him...if he all he wants is sex then he really doesn't love you...
