my husband had 2 teeth pulled yesterday he has an infection in his gums the doctor game him some vicodin for the pain but its not taking the pain away he is also putting ice in a ice bag and putting in on his face he said it feels like someone broke his jar hes in alot of pain is there anything else he can do to help the pain? thanks!!!

Had my physical today 1st in 3 years
my doctor said i looked very beefy and i couldnt stand on the scale because my belly was hitting the bar tht holds the height things and it would push me back off and my doctor made me watch this video and said i was like that and i should take care of myself after i gained 121 pounds in 3 years im 19 and weigh 347 pounds im gigantic. i have big musclar arms and a huge belly watch video tell me what i should do

I had an encounter (vaginal sex with a condom) with an escort, since then i am filled with anxiety. After 28 days i took PCR HIV, PCR chlamydia/gonnorhea, herpes igm, hepatitis B blood test, syphyllis. All came out negative. Is it ok to have unprotected sex with my new girl friend? If not how long should i wait to have unprotected sex.

I am a competitive gymnast with chronic back pain.Story: Two years ago they thought i fractured my lower back, but it was only sprained. I helped it within a year by ice, heat, physical therapy, and taking time off from gymnastics. It stayed healthy for another year, until i went to an intensive training camp this summer where we practiced at least 8 hours a day for a whole week. After i came back, the pain was in a new area, my middle/ upper back and it was so intense i couldnt get out of bed, no position was comfortable. I thought it would get better if i took a semi break from practicing (i was anyway because of two stress fractured heels). Since then its been numerous months, and im in the middle of my competition season so i cant take anymore breaks. My back pain has not improved, it brings me to tears numourus times a day and the chiropracter cant see me for a few months. I dont know what to do till then, ive tried heat, ice....etc., nothing works, including pain killers, HELP!?

I have been sick since saterday. First i had a fever and a cough. Now (today) i still have my cough, my fever went awy but noe i have a cold... yesterday i was okay. everything was starting to go away. my fever left like monday.... then las night i had gotten a cold.

how can i feel better without taking medicine (i hate the taste of medicine like in cough drops) and not drinking a certain type of like tea.???

also i am resting up but i would have done that any way if i wasn't sick because i am on winter/christmas break.

I know dipping isn't good for me, and I'm not looking for a PC answer. Dipping helps ease the urge ALOT because of the nicotine, but it's helping my body heal from smoking. Why isn't it recommended for an aide rather than the patch wich does the same thing as dipping....releases nicotine to help with physical withdraw so you can focus on habit part first?

Behind just a bit on property taxes, can't afford Christmas by any means. Both me and my husband work full time but had a hard go of it this year. I am also taking care of his mom who is suffering from alzeihmers, borrowed by daughter money for legal fees due to a bad custody battle with her ex. a friend of mine is seeing a guy that has really really tiny pupils all the time, even in the dark. he is calm and kinda quiet all the time. but the tiny pupils is kinda unnerving. all the times ive seen him they have never changed in size. even at the club they are still tiny, and pupils are supposed to get bigger the dimmer lights get (its almost pitch black in there except for lights flashing). what is this a side effect from? drugs, etc?
