i got sick a few days ago & i have a stuffy nose. My throat was sore but that went away within a day. My nose on the other hand, is so stuffed up & wont stop running. i have finals the next 2 days and today i could barely concentrate because of my nose. It's annoying to have to get up and keep blowing your nose every 5 minutes. please help! oh yeah & i dont have any allergies so it's not that!

About a year ago I got a rash on my leg that was red with little bumps, if it was bad enough they'd have pus in them and it was very itchy. I used some Tea Tree oil for it and it helped it go away. Now here is where I get confused...

The rash is on my right shin, and it comes back whenever I were some knee high boots with just normal ankle socks, if I wear nylons or knee high socks my leg is ok. So it must be from my boots, right? No, because I got the same thing on my left forearm, I have 1 spot on my left lower stomach, and 1 spot on my left thigh on the front The spots are small, no larger than a quarter. Except for the one on my shin. Now I think the one on my shin was from my boots, one of my cats peed on it. I wash them several times in vinegar, hot water, soap and finally put some baking soda on it and brushed it off. If it was just an irritant from my boot, then why was it anywhere else?

Also, the other spots were not as itchy or oozing at all. Some type of Dermatitis?

I have been having some abdominal, pelvic and back pain (predominantly lower back, but have felt some upper back pains too). They weird thing is that they are all on the left side of my body. An easy description of these pains is sometimes they are dull... but other times like right now, its like if I'm having period cramps although my period ended five days ago. I also have some pains in my left leg and buttocks, they are sharp pains when I walk at times. They other weird thing is that when I press into my abdomen, I won't feel pain (when my doctor did my physical, he doubted that I was even in pain because he could press so hard and I wouldn't wince). However, I have sinusitis and I'm always clogged up, when I sneeze I feel pain. The pain is similar to someone poking their index finger about an inch and a half going diagonal from my belly button to the left... but from the inside out. I have a bunch of tests to do but all in Jan (couldn't get earlier appointments) but I am so worried

I always have the urge to wash my hands after touching a computer workstation at the library cuz I heard they were really dirty. I stopped that habit dead today by going on my comp. But I study every day there, the first thing I do is come home and wash my hands.

My grandfather is 82 and weighs 280 pounds, He suffers from Diabetes and Kidney Failure, and Heart Problems.

He was admitted to the hospital last Wed with Anemia, loss of blood from retum, do to bleeding of the intestine, he also has an enlarged heart and kidney functions are not good.

His uraine is redish, brown and smelly. He has always been one to talk, now he is in and out of sleep some confussion, pain.

My question is this, he does not want dialysis, his heart is inlarged and he's ready to die, how long does he have left approx, I mean no one knows but the good Lord, but really.

I have GERD and I've been having excruciating heartburn lately, despite being on Nexium 40mg 2xday, and eliminating all food/drink triggers from my diet. I've tried the usual dairy/milk to help ease the pain, but nothing works. At this point, I am taking pepto bismol, which isn't very effective, either. I've also tried other acid-reducers (mylanta, etc.) to no avail. What can I do to beat the pain? I am having an endoscopy done at the end of January to help figure out what's going on ... just trying to make things as comfortable as possible until then. Thank you!

My bf and I are ttc and my period is not due until the 24th but i have been have some tingling feelings in my breasts...my nipples are sticking out and have little bumps on the skin around them, there a darker veins showing in them. Is an amalgum filling actually made out of porcelin? or some sort of plastic? Should these fillings hurt a week after the filling? It's still very sensitive.

Do dentists prefer to do silver filings because they are easier and faster? I chose the amalgum and he had no trouble with it since he was actually replacing an amalgum filing anyways in it's place. Why would he have wanted to use a silver at first though? I chose not to have the silver filling, because of it holding cold longer. thanks for any help.

I recently pulled my hamstring, it has pretty much recovered, only problem is i seem to have lost all flexibilty in my legs, lol, I ued to be able to do the splits now i can barely touch my toes!
