2. Heavy Flow
3. Bloating
4. Moodiness
5. Food Cravings

Id pick heavy flow or bad cramps. LOL What about u?

I would go with heavy flow. Make them suffer wuth wearing a pad or tampon.Then they would know what it is like.

Heavy flow and moodiness. They often pick on us for our mood swings, now they'll get to know what it feels like to be picked on when your so confusingly upset!

Moodiness because they usually think we are faking, and will give the rest as bonus so they also feel it. will just do it two month and i tell you from there they will understand what womanhood is. All husbands and boyfriends will be so loving and caring especially those days despite what.

Gosh, do we only pick one???? I think it would really be a toss-up between BAD (I mean doubled-over) cramps and mood-swings...my husband SWEARS that it's all crap.
