If its a card from your social services call them and ask them they have a list of places that would accept it

Just find the website for the medical card and usually they have a list of doctors on their site that will accept it.

Another option will be to call the company and ask what doctors in your area will accept it.

A 3rd option would be to take out the phone book and call each doctor in your area and ask the receptionist.
