I'm 15, 5'3", and 135 pounds. I've been down to 122 about 4 months ago, but I got it all back again plus more.
My goal weight is 110. I LOVE food. I plan to be a chef when I grow up and I know (and NEED) good food. I have no problem eating healthy foods, as long as they're flavorful and not in tiny little portions (like some diet foods are).
I HATE excersing. I know, I should just suck it up and excercise, but I cry when I get on a treadmill. I really can't do it.
I know what foods are fattening and what are not, that's not my problem. I need something concrete that will motivate me and help me stay on task with my dieting (something like Nutrisystem, where you don't have to make any decisions yourself).
I've thought about Nutrisystem, Weight Watchers, and eDiets, but I'm still not sure...
Any ideas for a diet program?
