maybe it is the cold
or
Maybe forget the sensitive soap and just use ivory or oatmeal soap. Sometimes the sensitive soap can cause people to break out. But, I'd look at the shampoo and conditioner and make sure it isn't something new, something that you may be allergic to. A lot of the new ones have fruit and flower essence in them and lots of people are allergic to them. Then as a last resort make sure the washcloth isn't being washed in laundry soap that you are allergic to. i am allergic to anything with bleach in it...not real bleach. I can't use it. So, keep these things in mind and try changing what you think it may be. It took me a while to figure mine out, it only happened when I was in bed. I sweat and the sheets were causing me to get whelts. Take benadryl for the red itch and elimination may do the trick. Good luck.

its the soap! i had some different soap some many years ago, & got a rash much like you. it was very uncomfortable & as you said , itchy! it was very very bad. change soap. it wont come real quick, but find a mild soap, like ivory. the difference will be a welcome one.
