First, dieting is not the problem. The problem is the portions and not moving. So, you love food, we all do well, most of us do. So, you need to remove the word die...t from your vocabulary and think healthy instead. Since you told us you know all the right things to do you need will power and you have to want it more than the food. That is the answer and the only one that can do it is you. So, forget the money that all the programs will cost and get it together and just do it. If you bnought the food you'd still eat more, no one is stopping you. so, just figure it out and do it because you desire to be healthy and not fat..that is the motivation you need. Not the answer that you allready have in your brain and smart head of yours. OK? Go for it and get er done!!!

There is no "magic bullet." You are basically rejecting everything you know you need to do.
Weight is a simple reflection of calories in, versus calories burned. It is cumulative. If you consistently take in more calories than you burn - you gain weight. If you burn more calories than you take in - you lose. Dieting just trains your body to store more calories the next time you eat, for those lean times again. That is why when people diet they end up bouncing back with extra pounds gained.
If you don't like the treadmill, how about taking up something you enjoy in which exercise is a by-product? Try racquetball, hiking, swimming - I find competitive sports (or sex) are great for burning calories while attending to something else :^)
And when you do find some way to consistently burn those calories, your metabolism actually goes up. Meaning, that a person who exercises burns more calories when they are sitting around than a person who doesn't. That is why it seems like lean people can eat so much. And if you like food - finding some way to exercise will enable you to eat more of it and stay the same ideal weight!

Im on a diet too, you need to eat healthy. Girl to be honest I've lost almost 30 lbs. in 4 months and you CANNOT loose weight without excersizing at least 3 times a week and eating healthy. YOu cant just go to Burger King and get a like king size fry and whopper and expect to loose weight ya know? Eat healthier and do at least about 100 crunches everyother day I promise ull see results. You don't have to limit what you eat either you cant eat WHATEVER you want just healthy... and you should on the weekends not watch what your eating as much. Give ureself a break. It works!

My mom and an ex gf has tried adkins to great results. The ex lost almost 50 pds (weighing 190 and going to 140, still trying to lose more) and my mom lost her goal of 30 pds (currently weigh 120)
Other then that, the only experience with diets I had was good old exercise. I use to weigh 250, and now I weigh 175 (i'm 5'9, so that seems like a good weight)
Either way, your going to need to put some kind of decision into it. Going into a no decision diet is almost like suicide. Make sure your always in control.

I suggest that you try body cleansing. I tried it and really got lean quickly. I lost 15 pounds in 9 days and also 3 inches off my waist. I do body building so getting leaner was my goal. My sister did this program too and she lost a lot of weight quickly. I did not know too much about cleansing but there are a lot of TV commercials about this stuff. This is a body cleanse and not just a colon cleanse, I wanted my body to get lean quickly and this did the trick! You can get info or order it at this toll free number 1-877-587-4647 or online at http://thebestcleansingdiet.com

Weight Watchers might be a good one for you, but although you hate to exercise, it's gotta happen if you want to lose and keep it off. And at 15, you're young enough to start making a good habit of it. If you don't like the treadmill, how about just calling a friend and go for a walk, or swimming, roller skating, skate boarding. DON'T wait until you get older, your metabolism slows down and it gets alot harder to lose weight! Good luck!

I <3 Weight watchers. It is an extremely supportive environment. You get to eat all of the different types of food that you want and their are incentives for staying on track.

you shouldnt go on a diet....you dont need to work out obsessively either. when you sleep, you burn 60 calories per hour. if you walk for and hour, you burn 270 cals. if you play your fav music and dance to it for half an hour, you burn 240 cals. shopping for one hour burns 210 cals, kicking a soccer ball around in your back yard for an hour burns an estimated 125 cals, and playing basketball for an hour burns about 246 cals. walk your dog, take a nice run(running is a great way to get good muscles, especially if you run up and down hills) but when you do this stuff(except if ur sleeping i guess) you really need to stay hydrated!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! dont do all of this in one day. spread it out evenly, maybe 1 or 2 of these activities a day. dont diet, dont skip meals, becuase skipping meals slows down your metabolism and will make you gain all of the weight that you thought you were losing. every day activities burn lots of cals. just stay active and have fun. you shouldnt be worrying about your weight. as long as you get the proper amount of every food group in every meal everyday, then you sill be fine. avoid tv unless its drastically raining and you have nothing better to do, or if your sick. work out responsibly, and dont over do it. that will give you results that you dont want. you will start to look like a skeleton, just like nicole richie and keira knightly.

If you are watching for some thing to take the entire bet figure out of it, be ready to spend cash. You WILL need to upload a few style of undertaking on your activities, and it WILL need to comprise aerobic. Cardio burns fats, its truth. I propose both Nutrisystem for simplicity or Shakeology for extra manage.
