I would like to know what I will do? My verbal skills are significantly damaged along with my memory. I have began suffering through seizures that caused me to become unconscience and hospitalized for several hours. I don't have a woman to care for me. Nor do I have any idea how I will gain the social skills I will need to find a woman to care for me. Of course I will talk more if I find reason to continue.

Hey, do NOT give up! I too have disabilities and you need to heal but you also need to work on ways to be happy. That is a good way to heal quicker. As far as your verbal skills go your typing is organized and there is no problem with that. You can not get down and allow yourself to stay there. Go to the library, the coffee shop, church, where ever you can meet new friends.
Think of this aneurysm as a minor setback but you move onward and upward.
If you are needing help ask the doctor about getting a home health aide in your home. You will also have someone to converse with this way. You get out of that frame of mind you are in. Things will get better but you have to believe they will.
You may also want to ask the doctor about a support group with people like yourself and learn what they do to deal with this. Sometimes it is just nice to have people who can relate. Good luck!

The verbal skills can be improved with speech therapy, memory loss may never return. Know a couple people who had this. One has done fine and now works again, but this was after a bit of therapy, almost a year. It is a slow process but the body needs time to recouperate.
