i have an irregular heart beat, which feels like it's jumping out of my chest, chest pain which spreads over my left shoulder, and then spreads to my neck and my head. the muscles tense up and i actually have bumps on my neck, head and shoulder. then i am sick. this lasts for about three days, and then for four days i'm ok and it starts again.

Sounds like muscle spasms, get u some B12 vitamins and melt under tongue.
Put an ice bottle on neck and lay down and relax

See a doctor in the hospital NOW!! It sounds like you are/were having a heart attack and the sooner you get medical assistance, the better off you will be.
Do NOT play around with this... it sounds very serious.

Go to a doctor immediately. This could be stress or it could be physical. Could also be a reaction to something in your diet (this includes recreational drugs or drinking).
The fact is your body is telling you something is wrong. I went through something similar and found out that I was mildy allergic to walnuts. It could have been worse.
Don't panic, but see a professional right away!

you really need to go to the doctor -- like right now -- or at least go in the morning to see one.
it could be something easy to treat like stress vs. something like a major heart problem coming on.
don't be too afraid to go. just go to a doctor.

sounds like angina,i have almost the same thing,you need to run ,not walk to your nearest heart dr,or chest pain clinic.good luck to ya.
