Because you are so young, now is the best time to learn to eat healthy and exercise regularly. The whole point of being on a diet is to reach a temporary desired wieht. Once you lose all the weight you want or once you think you look "the bomb", you goright back to your old eating habits. I sugesst you take the concept of the three hour diet and eat heathy foods. For example, in the morning when you wake up eat something that is loaded with protein within one hour of waking up. Every three hours thereafter eat a healthy snack. It's better to have a big breakfast and throughout the day eat smaller meals. For breakfast, yogurt and fruits is ideal. There's nothing wrong with eating cheese burgers and pizza. What makes it bad for you is how you make it and the ingredients you use in them. You can have pizza but instead of pepperoni use chicken. Chicken is a great source of protein. PRotein gives you energey throughout the day and makes you feel full. Oh and another thing, don't rush when you are eating. Take your time. The slower you eat, the quicker you feel full. two hours later you will be hungry again and that's okay. Have a snack. After eating any meat, avoid sweets for awhile. Just use your common sense when eating. One carrot stick is not equivalent two a Sniackers bars. And one salad is not equivalent to a Mac Chicken from McDonalds. Drink alot of water and exercise. Start by walking for one minute and jog for one minute. then walk for one minutes and jog for two. Then walk for one and jog for three. See the pattern. You can also do simple floor exercises. Make this a part of your lifestyle and you'll lose weight and keep it off. The only question that remain is do you have the will power and patience? Losing weight too quickly can have a very nagetive impact on your health in the future. You don't gain weight overnight and you won't lose it overnight. I'm sorry I caan not give you any good sources. I know this from my experience and batle with losing weight.

Hi The absolute best way to lose weight is to keep active. Get into some kind of activity that you really like to do and if you can't think of one then grab a friend and go for a quick 30 minute walk everyday. Also don't skip meals and be sure to try to stay away from fried foods like french fries and of course sugary things are not healthy either. You must eat good food. And if you can drink skim milk rather than whole milk. You can do it! Just keep active. But don't try to do it quickly or you will just gain it back. Take your time and also you may want to speak to your mom about good choices for food. It is important that you eat well as you are still growing and your bones and brain need good nutrition. And please don't get obsessed with thinness. It is not all that attractive. Just keep a healthy weight. Your doctor can tell you what that is. Stay healthy and good luck. Give yourself a good long time to lose it don't rush it. You could lose may a lb a week and before you know it thirty weeks will go buy. Are you sure it is 30 lbs that you need to lose? Be sure to see a professional about that please. Maybe even allow yourself a treat every Saturday or something. Make a plan but make sure it is healthy.

Good carbs like celery and carrots will never make you fat. Bad carbs like cake will, but you don't need to know the whole science of glycemic index and load. You need to re-learn how to eat so you can become thin and healthy. Not a diet, but diet lifestyle. Find out about fastest way to lose weight, gradual ways to lose weight, most effective exercise, good and bad carbs and anti-water. Reading a book stuffed with useless words will take you hours but the information on a post, taking minutes to read, is not enough. The webpage below will take about 30 minutes to read which is just enough to know what you need to know.
Lose bodyfat and retained water which also makes you a lot fatter. Links page has gov. BMI calculater to find out just how much overweight you are (teens plug in your age to compare to others your age). Get latest info like American Heart Association does not want you to eat more than 6 ounces daily of meat, fish or poultry. Most important-- make sure to read the last "fat loss tip", first before anything else, to see the number one food that causes Americans to be fat. First take 5 minutes to read teen advice, then click on home page.
