How to I get rid of black-eye spots?

Around my eyes it is kinda black... my mom said that it was caused because of the lack of sleep...
I believe her as I usually sleep late and wake up early...
I'm only a teen still so it really effects my ability to charm girls though the spots make me look more darker...

So is it possible to remove it without sleeping more?

Is there any trith that Magnesium dramaticaly enhances your dreams?

Ive read accounts where credible people claim that taking magnesium makes dreams more vivid. On person described them as dreams before taking the magnesium were like watching a black and white tv and after taking it was like having a dream in High definition. Any truth to this? if so what causes it?

Practicing kickboxing, I punched a board.?

Hand hurt and swelled up. Had xrays done,which showed no broken bones or fractures. Swelling and pain have significantly reduced. Now, I have pain when gripping and/or pushing fingers from side to side. I notice a a slight bump in the center of the pain (which is about 1 1/2 inches from the wrist in line with the ring finger. Pressure on that spot also hurts. Waiting to go to a specialist but need xrays from GP. IN meantime, does anyone know anything or have experience with similar symptoms?

i suffer from what they call 'sleep paralysis'. any info on this one?

there was once i time i tried to shake myself to wakefulness, fearing that i thought that i was dying. but along came this boy who shook me awake. the boy was me at age five (as i look in the family album). is sleep paralysis this wierd? am having this for at least 15 years

tonsillectomy and surgery for sleep apnea had some questions please i am 40 and had this done anyone else?

i am a 40 year old female who has suffured with sleep apnea for about 10 years or so had sore throats always had nasal problems so on the 5th of Dec I had surgery , there was 4 things operated on my tonsils removed and adnoids, my tongue shaved in the back to breathe better and some procedure done on my roof of my mouth, as with the apnea I was pretty miserable waking up gasping, feeling i was having a heart attack, had my blood pressure riseing up all the time till it reached 223 over 123 so i thought well surgery was my best option, i have heard there are alot of drawbacks but had no idea the mess I got myself in too totally miserable! The first day i woke up with a pain in my throat that was not going to go away noway, nohow,went home after several hours and couldnt breathe my throat felt like it was cutting off my airway it was so swelled up, i had a clicking noise under the back of my nose every breath, stayed up alnight 3 nights now i am dehydrated scabs are choking me please

i got into an accident yesterday the lady hit me from behind i have whiplash and lower back pain?

will her ins cover my medical bills i am going to the chiropractor today b/c at first i was not hurt just a little woozy but told the poilice i was alright but told her ins company i had whiplash when i got out of the car my neck,shoulders,back and had headache alll day will they pay or how can they pay?????
