Go to your doctor to see if you really have it. Seeing a psychiatrist is best for diagnosing ADD and ADHD. They can also give you an Rx if you need it. Because of HIPPA laws, everything you say to your doctor is confidential. Without your permission, no one can access your record (same with your pharmacy). No one has to know why you went to the dr, what dr you see, or that you went at all. The only people the dr can release information to is your insurance company for the sake of them approving the visit and paying their share.
Other than that, no one else can access your records without your written permission.
Good Luck!

The only way you can legally get Ritalin is by first obtaining a prescription from a doctor. There is what's called the confidentiality act, which prohibits doctors offices from being able to share your information with others. This would protect you from people finding out about it.

1) I would only consume some sugar a day... not a lot because it tends to make some people hiper and jittery. 2) Medications are not a bad idea. I do not belive there are any meds with minimum side effects. 3) Meds like Ritalin generally do work. 4) Take medication, get less sleep than normal, punish yourself if you get really hiper. Hope that helps... my sister has ADD and it is wierd but I still luv her!

The only way to get Ritalin is through a mental
health clinic. There is no way to keep this from
EVERYbody because the person who writes the script
will know, the office staff at the clinic will know,
and the pharmacy who fills the script will know.
Other than that no one else will know unless you
tell them.

You have to get it from a pharmacy so no matter what the pharmacist will know. And the doctor since he has to write a script.
Unless you have a friend who needs the meds, but sells them to you instead.

anything you discuss with your doctor is confidential and cannot be disclosed without your permission. if you are a child/minor under the age of 18, your parent's permission is required for such a drug. however, nobody beyond that will ever know unless you tell them.

Its wise to be checked by a physician when taking this drug. It can have adverse side effects esp if you're a teen. Also, when you get a drug w/out a scrip - you place yourself at risk.

I have heard that you can get meds. over the Internet, from places like Canada. I haven't tried it, and thus, cannot personally recommend it.
Good luck to you.
