I think I must have had less than 1 hour sleep last night, feeling tired but not too bad. Had less sleep than usual 7 hours coz of problems with depression so I am only sleeping up to 6 hours but I always wake up after 2 or 3 hours sleep.

If you don't have absurd habits and shift duty 5 hrs sleep between 23:00 to 04:00 is sufficient for a healthy one. During this time you get a sound sleep. If you have some problems you may need some more sleep. If you miss this time you will feel drowsy, leazy and spiritless.

Teens need atleast 9-10 hours a sleep a day.
And Adutls need 7-9 hours a sleep a day.

I get about 9 hours. The only thing that sucks though is it's in increments of 3 hours at a time because I just had a baby.

from 11pm til 6am so like 7 hours but i'm up in between because my cats keep me awake and i'm scared their going to suffocate under the blankets, for some reason they always end up under their. So more like 5-6 hours a night. No wonder i'm dead at work :(
